Details
OHA is the single largest funder of healthcare services in Oregon through the Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid), administered via 16 Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs). Beyond Medicaid, OHA administers the state's behavioral health system, public health infrastructure, and distributes SAMHSA block grants. OHA's Behavioral Health Division and Public Health Division are the primary contacts for grant opportunities. Oregon's CCO model is unique — most behavioral health and physical health funding flows through these regional managed care entities.
