The deadline arrives and you're still missing data from a handful of organizations. You call them individually, chase down partial submissions, and piece together what you can.

You can't tell the difference between “submitted but incomplete” and “hasn't started.” And blanket reminders annoy the sub-grantees who already submitted while failing to motivate those who haven't.
The completeness dashboard

You can see at a glance: 32 of 40 sub-grantees have submitted their Q3 performance data. Of the remaining 8, three have started but haven't finished. Five haven't logged in at all. This level of granularity lets you triage your follow-up effort where it matters most.
Targeted reminders
Instead of emailing your entire network, WeavePulse lets you send reminders only to the sub-grantees who actually need them. Filter by status — not started, in progress, or overdue — and send a single targeted communication. The sub-grantees who are already current never see the reminder.
Reminders include a direct link to the specific form that needs attention, reducing friction for the sub-grantee. No logging in and searching for the right report — one click takes them straight to the work they need to complete.
Reporting period tracking
Different grants have different reporting schedules — quarterly, semi-annual, annual, or custom periods defined by your funder. WeavePulse manages multiple reporting periods simultaneously and tracks completeness independently for each one.
Historical completeness data is preserved across periods, so you can identify patterns. If a sub-grantee is consistently late with Q3 submissions, that's useful context for your risk assessment. If a particular form type has low completion rates across the board, the form itself might need simplifying.
